Two Maintenance Visits a Year

$50 Service-Call Fee
Members pay a $50 diagnostic/service-call fee instead of the standard $100.
Priority Scheduling
When a member’s unit is down, Ant’s HVAC strives to reach them within a few hours of the original call.

Membership details
Membership is valid for one year from the purchase date.
Membership is non-refundable.
Annual auto-renewal is optional. If selected, the agreement authorizes a $160 card charge each year on the anniversary date.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Ant’s HVAC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with written notice.
The agreement lists cash, check, and credit card as payment options. Payment is arranged directly with Ant’s HVAC — not through this website.
